The Plettenberg Bay airport business park, with perimeter safety fence and access control, is the first development of its kind to be launched in Plettenberg Bay. It provides a secure working environment for small to medium business with ample parking. The location provides for easy access to both Plettenberg Bay and Knysna.

The design guidelines ensure that an aesthetically pleasing business park, in line with international design standards, is created that benefit both the community and investors. All development at the Park must adhere to the Architectural guidelines and be approved by the Property Owners Association and the estate architect. The Architectural guidelines provide for high quality contemporary designs; pseudo classical, Tuscan and general mediocre proposals will not be allowed. Exterior lighting will be controlled to avoid light pollution.

There are only two remaining stands available in Phase 1 of this development which are zoned Business 1 and the types of activities envisaged in this development are:

• Multi story residential providing the ground floor makes provision for shops.
